One bedroom is located on the main level, and the master and two additional rooms are located on the second level. The open, light-filled kitchen, living room, and dining areas on the first level overlook the ocean and offer the perfect setting for entertaining. PH2 is fully furnished and equipped with two sinks and two ovens in the kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer on each level for convenience. One-year leases are NOT available.
