Surf Row Residences is a boutique collection of eight luxury townhomes located along 88th Street between Collins Avenue and Harding Avenue in Surfside, Florida. Developed by Lineaire Group and designed by René Gonzalez Architects, the project occupies approximately 0.65 acres within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. Construction began in 2023, with the residences completed in 2025. Because Surf Row is a newly built development, there are no major renovations or remodels to report.
The residences range from three to four stories and offer three- and four-bedroom configurations with approximately 3,460 to 5,600 square feet of interior living space. Each home was individually designed to create a strong connection between indoor and outdoor areas through double-height spaces, skylights, expansive glass, and carefully positioned openings that introduce natural light throughout the interiors.
Each residence provides more than 2,000 square feet of private outdoor living space, including a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, summer kitchen, and covered entertaining area. Additional features include private elevators, enclosed front yards, two-car garages with an additional outdoor parking space, floating wood staircases with glass railings, coral-stone flooring with natural wood accents, and Savant smart-home technology.
The kitchens feature custom European-style solid wood cabinetry, imported marble countertops, and premium appliances. Primary bathrooms incorporate spa-inspired finishes, oversized freestanding tubs, rainfall showers, and imported stone details. Dedicated laundry and service areas are also included, while select customization options were offered for features such as kosher kitchens, additional parking lifts, and expanded security systems.
Unlike a traditional condominium tower, Surf Row provides residents with individually accessed multi-level homes and private outdoor spaces while maintaining a location close to Surfside’s beachfront. The community is near North Shore Park, Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, Bal Harbour Shops, Indian Creek Country Club, Haulover Inlet, and the restaurants and boutiques along Harding Avenue. Miami Beach, Aventura, Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Miami International Airport are also accessible by car.
