Hollywood Moon is a boutique pre-construction condominium development located at 901 S Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach, Florida, on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Planned for completion in 2027, the project will feature 48 residences within two sculptural five-story towers, creating a low-density residential environment in one of Hollywood’s most desirable coastal locations. The development is led by Unilog Group, with architecture by Adache Group Architects and interiors by Carla Guilhem Design.

The residences include one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with select layouts offering dens. Interior spaces generally range from approximately 1,100 to 2,300 square feet. Homes are designed with approximately 10-foot ceilings, with higher ceilings in select residences, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive terraces that extend the living areas outdoors. Select residences are positioned to capture views toward the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Interior features are planned to include custom Italian cabinetry, porcelain and quartz surfaces, premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms, smart-home technology, keyless entry, and contemporary finishes.

More than 20,000 square feet of amenities are planned for the development. Residents will have access to an infinity-edge pool, wellness spa with sauna and steam facilities, fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor Moon Lounge, private clubhouse, business and coworking areas, and landscaped outdoor spaces. The property is also planned to provide covered parking, electric-vehicle charging capabilities, storage options, concierge services, and valet parking.

Hollywood Moon’s location places residents approximately one block from the Atlantic Ocean and within convenient walking distance of Hollywood Beach and its Broadwalk, restaurants, cafés, entertainment, and waterfront recreation. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Downtown Hollywood, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and other major South Florida destinations are also easily accessible.

With only 48 residences, five stories, anticipated completion in 2027, extensive amenities, and a location between the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, Hollywood Moon is designed to provide a more private alternative to the larger high-rise condominiums found along the South Florida coastline.
