St. Regis Residences

The St. Regis Residences Bahia Mar is a luxury waterfront development planned for 801 Seabreeze Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Situated on the Bahia Mar property between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, the approximately 39-acre project combines private residences, resort accommodations, marina facilities, dining, and recreational spaces. The development is planned for completion in 2027 and is being developed by Related Group in partnership with the Bahia Mar ownership team, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners.

The residential component consists of two 23-story towers, each containing approximately 80 private residences. Floor plans primarily offer three- and four-bedroom configurations with dens, with interiors ranging from approximately 2,600 to 3,550 square feet, excluding substantial private terraces. Floor-to-ceiling glass and wraparound outdoor spaces provide views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, marina, and Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Private residences feature approximately 10-foot ceilings, private elevator access and entry foyers, natural wood flooring, large walk-in closets, and open living areas designed for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Gourmet kitchens incorporate large islands, custom cabinetry, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Primary bathrooms feature natural stone surfaces and premium fixtures from brands including Kallista and Dornbracht.

A separate 24-story Resort Collection will contain 79 branded residences with one- to three-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 1,160 to 2,737 square feet. These residences combine private ownership with access to St. Regis hospitality services and resort facilities. Rental and management opportunities are associated with the resort program and remain subject to applicable ownership agreements and operating requirements.

The development’s waterfront amenities are centered around the Bahia Mar marina, which is planned to provide approximately 250 slips and accommodate large yachts measuring up to approximately 350 feet. Residents will also have access to a private St. Regis Beach Club, swimming pools overlooking the ocean and Intracoastal, landscaped outdoor areas, and direct connections to the marina and waterfront promenade.

Wellness facilities include a spa, beauty salon, and ocean-view fitness center. Indoor recreational and social spaces include a billiards room, library, multimedia lounge, sports simulator, children’s and teen areas, and dedicated rooms for gatherings and relaxation. Restaurants, lounges, bars, and additional food and beverage venues will be incorporated throughout the resort.

St. Regis hospitality services will complement the residential amenities with concierge assistance and optional services such as housekeeping, laundry and ironing, grocery delivery, childcare, and private event planning. Residents will also have access to select Marriott and St. Regis owner benefits according to the terms of the applicable programs.

The Bahia Mar location places the residences directly across from Fort Lauderdale Beach and near Las Olas Boulevard, Marina Village, Port Everglades, restaurants, shopping, parks, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive under normal traffic conditions. With private residential towers, a separate resort collection, extensive marina facilities, beach access, dining, wellness amenities, and St. Regis services, the project is designed as a comprehensive waterfront residential and hospitality destination.
