Sereno Fort Lauderdale is a boutique luxury condominium planned for 2901 NE 9th Court in Fort Lauderdale’s North Beach Village. Currently in pre-construction with completion anticipated in 2026, the 14-story development will contain 76 residences. The project is being developed by Sunrise FTL Ventures, an affiliate of Integra Investments, with architecture by FSMY Architects + Planners and interiors by 1508 London. Its curved glass architecture and landscaped setting are designed to take advantage of views toward the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and Bonnet House Museum & Gardens.
