Seven Park Hallandale Beach

Seven Park is a new condominium development planned for 218–220 SE 7th Street in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The contemporary eight-story building is designed to contain 121 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, including select Lanai residences with private outdoor terraces. The project received development approval in 2025, with construction beginning in late 2025 and completion currently anticipated in 2027. As a new ground-up development, Seven Park has no previous remodeling or renovation history.

Developed by Kadima Development Group and designed by SKLARchitecture, Seven Park follows an “Urban by Nature” concept that combines contemporary architecture with landscaped outdoor spaces. The building incorporates clean architectural lines, extensive glazing, transparent balcony railings, and landscaped areas intended to connect the residences with their surroundings.
