Riva Residenze Fort Lauderdale is a boutique waterfront condominium planned for 3013 and 3019 Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale. The 20-story development will be the first residential project associated with Riva, the historic Italian yacht brand founded in 1842. The project is being developed by WellDuo, Vertical Developments, and GCF Development, with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by superyacht designer Giuseppina Arena. Its design draws inspiration from Riva yachts through streamlined architecture, contemporary materials, and a strong connection between the residences and waterfront.
The building will contain only 36 residences plus two penthouses, creating a low-density residential environment. Floor plans range from approximately 2,000 to 6,000 square feet, with ceiling heights ranging from approximately 10 to 14 feet. Residences feature private elevator lobbies, floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive living spaces, and opportunities to personalize select kitchen and bathroom finishes. The interiors incorporate materials and detailing influenced by luxury yacht design, including wood, metal, and marine-inspired finishes.
More than 20,000 square feet of amenities are planned throughout the property. The main recreational areas include a 75-foot swimming pool, spa facilities with a sauna, hammam and whirlpool, a Technogym-equipped fitness center, and dedicated yoga and Pilates spaces. A landscaped meditation area provides an additional setting for wellness and relaxation.
The upper levels will feature a panoramic SkyDeck with an infinity pool and lounge areas overlooking the surrounding waterways and Fort Lauderdale skyline. Additional social and entertainment spaces include a private outdoor cinema, library, wine room, dining club, and art gallery. The main lobby will overlook the marina and incorporate contemporary landscaping and vertical greenery.
A private marina is a central component of the development. Seven slips are planned for yachts measuring up to approximately 65 feet, along with space for temporary docking. Residents will have direct access to Fort Lauderdale’s waterways and convenient connections to the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. A dedicated Surf Room will provide showers and storage for paddleboards, kayaks, surfboards, and other water-sports equipment.
The property is located in the Harbor Beach area, less than a quarter mile from Fort Lauderdale Beach and near the city’s extensive boating infrastructure. Pier Sixty-Six Marina, Port Everglades, Las Olas Boulevard, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within a short drive. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approximately six miles from the development, with convenient access to I-595 and I-95.
Riva Residenze is designed to translate the materials, proportions, and craftsmanship associated with Riva yachts into a private residential setting. Its limited collection of residences, waterfront location, private marina, large floor plans, and extensive wellness and recreational facilities distinguish it as a boutique addition to Fort Lauderdale’s luxury condominium market.
