Oasis Hallandale Beach

Oasis Hallandale Beach is a large mixed-use residential development located at 1000–1100 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The approximately 10-acre community features two 25-story condominium towers, known as the West Tower and East Tower, with 250 residences in each building for a total of 500 units. The project also incorporates approximately 95,000 square feet of commercial space for restaurants, retail businesses, offices, and services, creating a walkable residential and commercial destination.

Designed by Arquitectonica under the direction of Bernardo Fort-Brescia, Oasis is distinguished by contemporary architecture, expansive glass, broad balconies, and landscaped outdoor areas. The residences include one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, along with larger penthouse residences. Interiors feature open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary kitchens, Italian-style cabinetry and finishes, spacious closets, modern bathrooms, and private balconies designed to take advantage of views across Hallandale Beach and the surrounding area.

The West Tower was completed sufficiently to receive its full Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in August 2026, allowing residential closings to begin. The East Tower topped out at 25 stories in March 2026 and remains under construction, with completion anticipated in 2027. Because Oasis is a new ground-up development, there is no prior remodeling history. The project is instead being delivered in phases, with the commercial component already operating and the residential portion progressing toward full completion.

Oasis offers extensive resort-style amenities distributed throughout several levels of the development. These include swimming pools with cabanas, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, a fitness and wellness center, yoga areas, a golf simulator, children’s play areas, social and entertainment rooms, landscaped terraces, hot tubs, business and conference facilities, bicycle storage, electric-vehicle charging, valet parking, and spaces for outdoor recreation.

The property is conveniently positioned near Gulfstream Park, Hallandale Beach, Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and major transportation routes. Its location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale provides convenient access to both Miami-Dade and Broward counties while combining residential living, recreation, shopping, dining, and business spaces within a single development.
