Nexo Residences is a newly completed condominium development located at 13899 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach, Florida. Built in 2026, the 15-story property features 254 residences and was developed by Fortune International Group in partnership with Blue Road, with architecture by Frankel Benayoun Architects and design consultation by Carlos Ott. Urban Robot was responsible for the interior design. Construction began in 2023, the building topped off in 2025, and it received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in August 2026, allowing residents to begin occupying the property while final closeout work was completed. As a brand-new development, Nexo has not undergone any major renovations or remodels since completion.

Designed around flexible ownership and rental use, Nexo allows residences to accommodate short-term, seasonal, and long-term rentals without a minimum-stay requirement. Owners can market their units through major home-sharing and rental platforms, making the property particularly attractive to buyers seeking a residence that can also function as an income-producing investment.
