Alton Bay, also known as 3900 Alton, is a luxury condominium located at 3900 Alton Road in Miami Beach. Completed in 2018, the eight-story building contains 78 residences, including 75 condominium homes and three garden villas. The project was developed by Mast Capital and designed by renowned Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill of Taller de Arquitectura.

Residences range from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom configurations, with approximately 940 to 2,182 square feet of interior space. Features include 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling energy-efficient windows, open living areas, and direct elevator access in select residences.

Italian-designed kitchens incorporate premium cabinetry with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Bathrooms feature designer fixtures and frameless glass-enclosed showers, while spacious Italian-designed walk-in closets provide additional storage. Each residence also incorporates a Savant home-automation system that can be controlled through compatible smartphones and tablets.
