Completed in 2021, the 18-story building contains approximately 71 residences and was developed by Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management. Arquitectonica designed the architecture, with interiors by Anastassiadis Arquitetos and landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO.

The building's Tropical Modern design incorporates an undulating glass façade, natural materials, vertical gardens, and extensive landscaping intended to connect the residences with the Atlantic Ocean.
