Andare Residences by Pininfarina is a luxury pre-construction condominium planned for 521 East Las Olas Boulevard in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Developed by Related Group with design by Pininfarina and architecture by CFE Architects, the 45-story tower is scheduled for completion in 2027. The development will contain 163 residences and is distinguished by a contemporary, flowing exterior with curved terraces inspired by the movement of water.
