Larger residences feature open kitchens, primary suites with walk-in closets, and expansive terraces, with select units positioned to offer views toward the city, Atlantic Ocean, and nearby golf courses.
One Hollywood is planned with an extensive collection of resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool with cabanas and lounge areas, modern fitness center, spa and sauna facilities, coworking and business spaces, children’s areas, landscaped outdoor spaces, an event room with catering kitchen, barbecue and entertainment areas, and a rooftop sunset lounge with a bar and summer kitchen. The condominium is planned to permit short-term rentals subject to the building’s governing documents and applicable local regulations, providing owners with additional flexibility in how they use their residences.
