Aileron Dania Beach

Aileron Residences is a new luxury condominium development located at 90 N Bryan Road in Dania Beach, Florida. The project is currently under development and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. The building will rise 17 stories and feature approximately 380 residences. Interior features are expected to include wide-plank flooring, keyless entry, smart thermostats, LED lighting, built-in work areas, and in-unit washers and dryers. Kitchens will feature European-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, and Bertazzoni appliances, while bathrooms will incorporate contemporary finishes and Hansgrohe fixtures.

More than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities are planned throughout the development. Residents will have access to two swimming pools, a fitness and wellness center, yoga and Pilates spaces, infrared saunas, coworking areas, lounges, entertainment and game rooms, private event spaces, barbecue areas, and a rooftop terrace. The waterfront portion of the property is planned to feature a promenade, private boat slips, recreational water access, landscaped outdoor areas, EV charging stations, and bicycle storage.

Aileron is situated in Dania Beach near Dania Pointe, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, local beaches, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, shopping, dining, entertainment, and major transportation routes. Its location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami provides convenient access to many of South Florida’s major business, entertainment, and recreational destinations.
