DUOS Wynwood

DUOS Wynwood is a new boutique hotel condominium bringing a hospitality-focused approach to ownership in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Located at 335 NW 28th Street, the 8-story development will feature just 49 fully furnished residences, creating a more intimate alternative to many of Wynwood’s larger new condominium projects. Sales launched in 2026, with construction expected to begin in late 2026 and completion currently targeted for approximately 2028.

Developed by Wave Group Development, Vitrium Capital, and Zambala Luxury Apartments, DUOS was designed specifically around flexible hospitality-style ownership. Architecture is by MKDA, while internationally recognized hospitality design firm AvroKO is responsible for the interiors, furnishings, and amenity spaces. Zambala Luxury Apartments also brings its experience as a European apartment-hotel operator to the development and operation of the project.

The residences range from approximately 400 to 844 square feet, with studio, gallery, junior suite, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations. Every residence will be delivered fully furnished with designer-selected furniture, premium mattresses, custom artwork, luxury vinyl plank flooring, oversized hurricane-impact and acoustically insulated windows, individual climate control, and dedicated areas for living, working, and sleeping.
Each residence also incorporates a contemporary kitchenette with custom millwork cabinetry, designer countertops, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and induction cooktop. Bathrooms feature oversized walk-in showers, deep-blue ceramic tile, designer fixtures, and custom AvroKO millwork. Ceiling heights range from approximately 8.5 to 9 feet.

Amenities have been intentionally designed around the needs of residents, business travelers, and short-term guests. The building will feature a landscaped entrance paseo, hospitality-style lobby and coffee bar, fitness center, coworking facilities, conference room, acoustically insulated private Zoom rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, controlled elevator access, 24-hour security monitoring, on-site laundry and storage facilities, administrative offices, and ground-floor retail space.

One of DUOS Wynwood’s most distinctive features is its short-term rental flexibility. The project was purpose-built to accommodate stays ranging from one night to 30 days, allowing owners to use their residence personally while also having the ability to generate rental income when they are away. Each residence is individually owned as a condominium, while the property is expected to operate under a centralized hotel license maintained at the association level.

DUOS is located just one block from NW 2nd Avenue, placing residents within walking distance of Wynwood’s celebrated galleries, restaurants, cafés, breweries, nightlife, and street art. Midtown Miami is approximately four minutes away, the Design District six minutes, Downtown Miami ten minutes, Miami International Airport fourteen minutes, Brickell fifteen minutes, and South Beach approximately sixteen minutes by car.
